This has nothing to do with real estate or maybe it has everything to do with real estate.
For most of us buying a home is the biggest investment and therefore biggest financial decision you will ever make. It doesn’t really matter if it’s your first home or your tenth….hundreds of thousands of dollars are at stake. In the past it was pretty hard to make a ‘mistake’ you bought a home say and even if it wasn’t the PERFECT fit you could sell it in a few years, pay off the home equity and still make enough profit for a nice down payment on a better place. And on and on and on it went.

What Steve says is true “Everything in life was made up by people who are no smarter than you” – we don’t have ALL the answers but we’re pretty smart about Charlotte real estate.
