…it might be time to jump in!
We’ve talked often about Ardrey one of our favorite Charlotte neighborhoods. Right now all the front porches are decked out with Halloween goblins and ghouls which will soon (not TOO soon) be replaced with the most magical Christmas Winter Wonderland decorations anywhere in Charlotte!
Like many Charlotte neighborhoods Ardrey is doing great average price per square foot is at $137 up 8% from recent lows and like we said monthly home for sale inventory is at 6.2 months and is 40% below the Area 5 inventory of 10 months! This doesn’t surprise us Ardrey is always in demand.
If you’re thinking about buying in Ardrey this is a great time to look – the market slows a bit this time of year but that means there’s less competition to buy. That’s a good thing because there are also far fewer Ardrey homes on the market – fourteen to be exact.
